Terms of Service

These terms are a legal agreement between you ("Client," "you") and Chris Kendrick, a sole proprietorship operating as Chris Kendrick Dev ("we," "us," "our"), located at 2880 Hull Rd Unit C2, Camden, NJ 08104 and reachable at chris@chriskendrick.dev. We provide website development, maintenance, content, and digital marketing services.

We provide the services described on our Services page under the plan you select. Deliverables, quantities, and scope are defined by your chosen plan. Work that falls outside the scope of your plan may be quoted separately and requires your approval before it begins.

Plans are recurring subscriptions billed monthly in advance in U.S. dollars (USD). By subscribing, you authorize us and our third-party payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are your responsibility where required.

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card details on our systems. If a payment fails, we may suspend services until the balance is resolved.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation and refund terms are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You agree to provide timely access, content, credentials, and feedback reasonably needed for us to perform the services. You represent that any materials you provide do not infringe the rights of any third party and that you have the authority to enter into this agreement. Delays caused by missing information or approvals may affect delivery timelines.

Upon full payment for the applicable work, you own the final deliverables produced specifically for you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, and know-how, and may display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses.

Our services may rely on third-party platforms (for example, hosting, analytics, advertising networks, and Google or Meta business tools). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of those third parties, and your use of them may be subject to their separate terms.

Services are provided on a commercially reasonable, "as is" basis. While we work to improve visibility, traffic, and conversions, we do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, revenue, or advertising results, as these depend on factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
